According to a Twitter post from Blink 182 bass player/singer Mark Hoppus, the band will record a new album. Hoppus said: "First morning after the US/Canada tour, and I'm already excited for the next steps: record album, tour overseas."

Blink 182 last released their self titled album in 2003, and re-united earlier this year.
