The Red Shore bass player turned vocalist Jamie Hope has been found not guilty by a jury in the Coffs Harbour District Court after they deliberated for 90 minutes today. Hope was cleared of any wrong doing after being charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and three counts of dangerous driving occasioning injury. The band was involved in a horrendous car crash in December 2007 that left singer Damien Morris and merch guy Andy Milner deceased. Damien's mother Mrs Naismith spoke to Hope, saying "I talked to Jamie, he's OK, he was crying. I said God bless you darling, get on with your life now. He said thanks, thank you for supporting me.''
