Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump has been arrested.  The front man was taken into custody by Beverly Hills police officers last night as he had a warrant for his arrest for previously driving without a license.

No further details of the incident are yet to be released but this is not the first time Patrick, 25, has had a run in with the fuzz.

Last December, he and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz were in trouble for giving an unplanned performance in New York. See what you get when you try to give people what they want?

The pair had not secured a license before playing in Washington Square Park were threatened to be arrest.
