It’s now been revealed he’s also locked in for a series of DJ gigs around the country. Yuksek will be here in promotion of his debut full length album from last year ‘Away From The Sea’, which saw his classical musical training put to work with a release that combined distorted electro with pop hooks, indie riffs and whatever else he decided to throw in for good measure.

He’s backed it up in 2009 with recent remixes for Peaches, Tiga and The Teenagers as well as further musical reinterpretations of the likes of Phoenix’s Lizstomania, Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi and Autokratz’s Always More. It’ll be Yuksek’s third time in Australia.
