Iron maiden are golden gods

Iron Maiden were once again voted the Best British Band at the annual Metal Hammer Golden Gods awards last night at London's IndigO2 venue. This is the second time the Iron's have taken home that privilege.

Slipknot also took two awards for Best International Act and Best Live Band. Def Leppard took home the Legends Award, while Five Finger Death Punch was named Best New Band.
