U.S. punk rockers/metallers Death By Stereo have brought forward the release of their forthcoming full length.  The album "Death Is My Only Friend" is coming out a week earlier, on July 7, 2009. The album is their first studio album since It is the follow-up to "Death for Life" which was released in 2005. It is also their first album on Serjical Strike Records, the label formed by activist and System of a Down vocalist, Serj Tankian.

The band is currently wrapping the final stretch of a US tour with Strung Out.
