Bad Religion bassist Jay Bentley recently posted an on update band's upcoming album in the BR Page forums, saying:

This past December, Jay noted that Bad Religion may not have a chance to record the follow-up to 2007's "New Maps of Hell" anytime soon because of upcoming touring commitments for this year. This leads to speculation that the new album won't come out until 2010, which would be the 30th anniversary of the band's formation.
