Punkocalypse upcoming release details

17 aussie punk bands have come together to cause widespread punk rock destruction with the upcoming release (Feb 09) of the PUNKOCALYPSE! Produced by independent label, Embace Death Now, this home-grown compilation CD, features bands such as, [b]Backyard Surgeons, Sniperival, None The Wiser, Hold Your Fire, Stalking Blake amoung many others.

This compilation CD is one of the best new showcases of upcoming talent from unsigned bands, that despite being loosely described as falling within the Punk Rock genre, illustrates the breadth and diversity that typifies the live music scene from NSW, VIC and SA. This EDN release heralds a pooling of effort and force to produce one of the best independent Compilation CD's released this year.

Through a culmination of efforts, this locally produced collection of highly talented and kick-arse punk rock bands will redefine the compilation cd benchmark. Not to be missed!
