Chiodos are looking to release their new album in September 2009. They are in talks with Rick Rubin (Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Slayer, Metallica) to produce the album.

Equal Vision Records band Chiodos have announced that they are looking for release their third album in September 2009. The band is in talks with Rick Rubin (Rage Against The Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Slayer, Metallica) to produce the new album.


Frontman Craig Owens has said that they band is going to remain with Equal Vision Records for the album because the label "can step up as much as any major can."

Chiodos will release a special version of their 2007 album Bone Palace Ballet on October 28th. 'Bone Palace Ballet: Grand Coda' will feature five new songs, acoustic versions of "A Letter From Janelle" and "I Didn't Say I Was Powerful" and a bonus DVD. 


Chiodos will be in the country in February/March as a part of the Soundwave Festival.
