Suicide Silence vocalist Mitch Lucker recently appeared on the Headbangers Ball blog podcast and confirmed the band was indeed writing for a new album, which we could expect late 2008 or early 2009 via Century Media.

Suicide Silence have posted a cover of the Deftones song "Engine No.9" - which is taken from the bands debut album 'Adrenaline', first released in 1995.
