The Getaway Plan tour supports announced

After

selling out almost every show on their national Other Voices, Other

Rooms album tour, THE GETAWAY PLAN are getting ready to embark on their

largest headline journey yet. 

Announced just two weeks ago,

tickets are already selling fast. The ‘Where the City Meets The Sea’

Tour - named after their latest hit single - will run from June to

August, taking in nineteen cities and regional centers around the

country. Due to intense demand, three new shows have been added! 

THE

GETAWAY PLAN will now also play an all ages show in Brisbane on 19 July

at The University of Queensland’s Red Room, in Toowoomba on 20 July at

the Empire Church Theatre and in Rockhampton on 26 July at O’Dowds

Irish Pub. 

With

them, they bring New Zealand’s GOODNIGHT NURSE and Melbournians CLOSURE

IN MOSCOW on the road as supports. GOODNIGHT NURSE is New Zealand’s

answer to honest and catchy pop punk. Since forming in 2001, GOODNIGHT

NURSE has released two full-studio albums - the first, ‘Always and

Never’ went gold in their home country and the latest, ‘Keep Me On Your

Side’ (recorded here in Australia), has so far spawned the radio

singles ‘The Night’ and ‘I Need You’. In 2007 they won the MTV

Australia Video Music Award for NZ Viewers Choice and the band continue

to have great success with ‘The Night’ as the track spends its 10^th week

in the NZ Top 40 Charts. Having previously played alongside

internationals such as Fall Out Boy, Story Of The Year, HIM and One

Republic, GOODNIGHT NURSE will strut their stuff at all twenty shows on
