Pete Wentz Denies Fan Beat Down

A lawsuit has been filled against Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz by a fan Andy Kallas which claims the attack occured after a Fall Out Boy concert at Schuba's Tavern in Chicago and was completely unprovoked.

A rep for Wentz told TMZ.com,"This case is meritless. We looked into it and the facts don't support

his claims. We will vigorously defend this case in court."

I personally have a policy where I don't beat up fans, this is firstly because I don't have any, and secondly... well I don't have any. In saying this I'm not completely against beating a crazed fan nor am I saying it's acceptable to beat a crazed fan but having seen a bunch of fall out boy fans on my train ride home, I can understand if he did.
