All Shall perish are set to hit the studio in April to record their new record, which is to be released through Nuclear Blast. They posted the following update:

"For the past 2-3 months, our schedule has consisted of waking up at the crack of dawn, meeting at the practice room and creating music for 12 hours straight. We have probably created enough music and riffs to fill up two CDs, but after running it through the famous 'All Shall Perish Shit Filter' only the best of the material will end up on the new disc. Unlike many bands, All Shall Perish have all sacrificed our lives and jobs to put in the quality time needed to make this new disc all that it can be, and trust me, this disc is going to turn some heads."

"Our music is always so hard to describe, because we hate putting it in genre subcategories. — that type of labeling just dumbs down music. We have always written from the heart, rather than writing to sell records or to make it big. On a personal level these new tracks are super-intense, crazy, melodic at times and are all played with extreme passion from our hearts. On top of that, Chris's solo work on the tracks so far is some of the most incredible stuff we have ever heard. That kid always blows us away with what he is capable of."
