Born

out of the southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia in the Autumn

of 2005, ANIME FIRE is a brooding combination of hardcore and

electronic influences that have melted together to produce a sound and

style that is dark, melodic, energized and emotional in its execution.

The 4-piece delivers a new interpretation of melodic hardcore, when

fused with modern metal and break beat electronica to create something

all to their own. This is an act that is not afraid to push the

boundaries both in the studio and with their live show.

In

the short time since the bands creation, ANIME FIRE (SHAUN on Guitar,

MATY on Vocals/Programming, BJ on Drums and MARTY on Bass) have already

shared the stage with a number of International and National acts in

Perth including at the 2006 TASTE OF CHAOS Festival alongside the likes

of: TAKING BACK SUNDAY, SENSES FAIL, THURSDAY, SAOSIN, ANTI-FLAG,

UNDEROATH and PARKWAY DRIVE, plus additional tour supports for

international acts SILVERSTEIN (USA), DARKEST HOUR (USA), FROM AUTUMN

TO ASHES (USA) and THE BLED (USA), as well as established Australian

acts such as I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN, MINDSNARE, MILES AWAY and

PSYCROPTIC.

With

their debut 6-track EP, “Where the Wolves Fear to Tread”, now out thru

SKULL AND BONES RECORDS; these guys are definitely an act to watch out

for.
