Melbourne’s very own thrash/metal/harcore

act In name and blood have decided to call it a day with the current

line up. this was posted around myspace this morning

So, After almost 4 years, 1 name change, 2 line up changes and

too many shows to count (some great, some not so great), In Name and

Blood will play 2 last shows as In Name and Blood.

The last ALL AGES show is this Sunday at St. Ambrose Hall with

Jungle Fever, From The Ruins, The Abandonment, 4Dead, Samsara and

Abandon All Hope.

I am serious when I say that this is the last chance any of you under 18’s kids will get to see us as In Name and Blood…

There will be an Arthouse show on the 27th Jan 2007.

As of then, there will be a new line-up, new songs and a new name.

The new lineup will be announced in the coming week.

This brings me to the reason: Corey and Rohan have left the band to

pursue other facets of their lives, musically and personally. We wish

them all the best in their future endevours.

I would like to say thank you to everyone who has shown us love

and support over the last 4 years, especially Cassie @ Strike3, Nigel

Melder, Gordy Forman, Erle Pavlis, Damien Rankin and everyone who ever

gave us a show, bought a shirt, shared the stage, lent us gear,

borrowed our gear, shared a microphone, or just had a damn good time at

one of our shows.

Craigos & In Name and Blood.

so stay tuned for more on the matter.
