Polaris Going Off The Beaten Path For National ‘Dusk To Day’ July Tour

Polaris: can’t stop, won’t stop.

Do you know where Mooroolbark and Miranda are? Well, I didn’t until just now. As it turns out, the former is a suburb some 30K’s outside of Melbourne and the latter is a south Sydney suburb. These two not-quite-rural, not-quite-city areas are actually going to be two of the stopovers on Polaris’s upcoming July headline tour.

Forgoing the noisy, busy and bustling CBDs of our nations capital cities for some smaller places that are hopefully much easier to load in and out of, the idea of slowing down seems to be an utterly foreign concept for these Sydney metalcore world-beaters. Better yet, backing the band up for most of this new Australian run across July will be their good mates in Greyscale Records hardcore heavy-hitters, Justice For The Damned.

Judging by the success of their debut album, 2017’s ‘The Mortal Coil‘, and the fact that they only a month ago wrapped up a sold-out national tour with The Plot In You, I would not at all be surprised if we saw yet another Australian Polaris headline tour in 2018 from the folks at Destroy All Lines and Resist Records. Just you fuckin’ watch.

Hit the sticks and then hit the pits, friends.
