Power Trip Announce 2018 Australian Tour

It's about damn time for an Aussie Power Trip tour. Riffs are incoming.

No doubt one of the most-loved and revered metal records of 2017 came in the evil shape of Power Trip's massive 'Nightmare Logic' LP; a riff-centric and no-bullshit heavy record that pulled the best elements of Cro-Mags, Iron Age, Merauder, and the Big Four's 1980’s (read: best) output. It's a record that has set the Texas outfit up nicely in terms of wide respect, deeper fan loyalty and real critical praise - as an example, go and re-read Owen's high-ranking review of it from last year over here.

Coming Down Under later this year in September thanks to the folks over at Resist Records and Southern Lord, Power Trip's new Aussie voyage has been a long time in the making. And we here at KYS are all stoked that it's happening and in barely four months time no less. Expect the local tour supports to be just as pure fire too.
