Just a shame that the album they're touring is pretty shit.

Florida alternative rock outfit Sleeping With Sirens are returning to Australian soil in 2018 in support of their latest record, the grossly subpar 'Gossip'.

Last here in 2015 for a string of sold-out shows, Sleeping With Sirens will arrive back here in April of next year to celebrate the release of their latest album, which saw its release on September 22nd. Joining Sleeping With Sirens will be Chase Atlantic (who are also here for Download Melbourne) Lower Than Atlantis (who haven't been here since the final Soundwave) and The Faim. Our fingers are crossed for a few Lower Than Atlantis sideshows while their here as well!
Regarding Sleeping With Sirens’ "boldest" and "brightest" work to date that this tour is in support of, the band's high-ranged frontman Kellin Quinn said that:
“No matter what anyone says, I want to encourage listeners to take risks of their own. Our band took a chance. We’re going to back it. That’s all you can do as an artist. This is my diary. It’s who I am.”
We're really not sure whether to laugh or to feel sorry for the band with a statement like that. But hey, if you're into it, then more power to ya!
