British-rock legends Primal Scream have tonight announced that they'll be wowing Australian fans come February 2018, playing what is primed to be an all-encompassing greatest hit set, including tracks from their legendary, mainstream breaking 1991 album, ‘Screamadelica’ right up until their last year's 'Chaosmosis' record.

The rock veterans, consisting of vocalist Bobby Gillespie, guitarist Andrew Innes, keyboardist Martin Duffy, bassist Simone Butler, and drummer Darrin Mooney - who by our accounts haven't been here since 2012 - were a key part of the mid-1980s indie-pop scene. But they soon took on a more psychedelic and garage rock sound, before incorporating dance music elements to their sound. All meaning that punters are going to get a pretty interesting mix of the Brit's varied career come next year.
