You don't wanna fuck with Cyclone Debbie. Update: Both I Prevail's & Balance And Composure's shows have been canned.

Cyclone Debbie is something you don't want to test. But the show has been rescheduled for next week.

Due to Cyclone Debbie and the high risk of flooding in the Brisbane area and the potential damage and harm it could cause to patrons, I Prevail's Brisbane show tonight has been cancelled.

After consultation between the band, the promoter, venue and the relevant authorities, the decision has been made to reschedule tonight's I Prevail show from Thursday, March 30th at The Triffid with Void Of Vision and Stepson to Monday, April 3rd at the same venue.

Destroy All Lines' general manager of touring, Chris O'Brien, said of the I Prevail show shuffle around that "Our first concern is the safety of the people and this is why the decision has been made to re-schedule the show. I Prevail are committed to their fans in Brisbane and will be performing on Monday 3 April at The Triffid to make up for the missed show.  We apologise for any inconvenience, but patron safety has to be our foremost priority."

Of course, all tickets remain valid for this now re-scheduled show - shitty weather ain't gonna stop a shitty metalcore band from playing. For any and all ticketing enquiries, please contact the original place of purchase. As for I Prevail's remaining sold out shows in the country, they will sadly proceed as advertised.

Update:

On top of all this, Balance And Composure's show at the Brightside tonight has also been cancelled last minute due to the hectic weather. Bailey from Balance And Composure said that “Due to weather and safety conditions out of our control, we have been forced to cancel tonight's show in Brisbane. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to make the show up in the future.”

Bummer!

Stay safe out there, Brisbane peeps.
