A rad punk rock tour gets even more punk rock to add to its respective shows.

Okay, it's Friday, I don't have the patience or the level of effort, so let's get down to business. Anti-Flag and Scott Reynolds are touring here in December, and here are the local supports for the tour.

Brisbane gets the self-proclaimed "thrash pop shitbags" of Shutup! Shutup! Shutup! at The Triffid to help kick off the tour. Post-grunge is kind of a wankey term but Newcastle’s Introvert don't care at all and will be performing at the Newcastle show, of course. Adding further to the vast political nature and activism of Anti-Flag’s music, fellow Newcastle natives, Liberation Front will be standing for freedom (aka the good stuff) and opposing the evils of fascism, racism and corporate greed (aka the bad stuff). Plus, the band supported Anti-Flag in the past, so good pick! However, Liberation Front are calling it a day and will play their last ever show in Sydney on this tour so go seem them one last time or for the first (and final) time. Also in Sydney will be Nerdlinger, who have a rad as fuck name, to be honest.

Adelaide’s stopover is the only all ages show on the tour and will be opened up by Stabbitha And The Knifey Wifeys (okay, that is easily one of the most Aussie band names of all time), will be making plenty of loud noise. Melbourne trio Wolfpack, who are a 100% not-for-profit band, donating all their earnings to charity, by the way, will be raising more money for more good causes via their energized punk tunes. As for Perth, there are the four-piece skate punks in The Decline opening up for Anti-Flag and Scott Reynolds off with a solid dose of fast-paced, energetic, melodic punk.

Oh, and to reiterate a prior point Anti-Flag will be joined by Scott Reynolds, who sang for the highly influential pop-punkers ALLThe PaversGoodbye HarryThe Bonesaw Romance and Scott Reynolds & The Steaming BeastReynolds will be performing songs from all his musical incarnations which of course includes songs from ALL, and you can read our recent interview with Reynolds right here.
