Just in case it slipped by you this week, Code Orange unveiled the first taste of their next release with new single, 'Forever'.

Now, 'Forever' is also the title of the band's upcoming album, which is due out on January 13th, 2017 via Roadrunner Records, and will be their first major label debut for Code Orange. While some may see that as a weird label choice or netting the rather lazy criticism of being sellouts (which just ain't true here), I have a feeling that with Roadrunner's support, this band is going to be taking their music to a much wider audience without compromising the intimidating nature of their brand of hardcore sound.

But to be quite honest with you, the quartet's previous record, 2014's 'I Am King' was indeed a solid record, but it wasn't that good, despite what every hardcore kid in your local city will claim otherwise. However, this recent single is also just as heavy and as vicious as their prior material, so depending on your stance with this band, this could either be a great listen or simply more of the same. Check it out below to see for yourself...

Oh, and I'm sure that many fans will more than likely get a nice kick out of the brief 'I Am King' easter egg shown at the end of the clip, too. Just saying.
