The new song from the metalcore outfit is called 'Torch' and it dives back into the band's older, arguably heavier sound. So think 'Goodbye To The Gallows' and 'The Respect Issue' era of Emmure, instead of their bouncy, nu-metal-inspired offering that was 'Eternal Enemies'.

As such, I am actually a little disappointed by this new track, but hopefully, this new full-length album that's currently slated for an early 2017 release (via Nuclear Blast Records and Sharptone Records) displays much more of their recent sound.

Now, with band's inner politics, this current lineup consists of Frank Palmeri on vocals, Phil Lockett (ex Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza) on bass, Josh Miller (ex-Glass Cloud) on drums and guitarist Joshua Travis (who is both ex-Glass Cloud & ex-Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza). Back in December 2015, bassist Mark Davis, lead guitarist Jesse Ketive, rhythm guitarist Mike Mulholland and drummer Adam Pierce all up and ditched Palmeri. But shortly afterward the vocalist recruited this current lineup to help keep Emmure alive and kicking.
