Come this December, the punk rock veterans will return to Australia since their 2015 tour with Pennywise to perform their kickass fifth album in its entirety, as well an encore set made up of the audience's requests on the night. The band will also be supported by former ALL singer, Scott Reynolds.

Commenting on the Australian tour announcement, the band said:

"Pittsburgh to Australia isn't an easy commute... when we get there we want it to be special. This tour is no different, celebrating 10 years of "For Blood and Empire" we will be performing the record and then an encore of all audience requests. It's going to be a unique show to say the least. As always the emphasis will be on community, solidarity, and empathy. We look forward to sharing this tremendously important record from our band's life with a part of the world that we have found solace and family in for years."

Yes, 'The Terror State' was a great album, and so is their most recent effort, 'American Spring', but no album can top their 2006 effort. Their fifth album spawned some of the group's best songs; 'Cities Burn', 'This Is The End (For You My Friend)', 'The Press Corpse' & '1 Trillion Dollar$', to name but a few.

The 40-minute record also carried with it plenty of thematic variety, ensuring the band covered a host of topics, ranging from eugenics, genocide, vast media bias * corruption, the use of nuclear munitions and the fallout of using such weapons, the W.T.O., and so much more. But no matter what issue this four-piece set their sights upon with thus album, they did it with their usual pissed off punk rock attitude and consistently solid and catchy sound.

Since it's release in March of '06 on RCA Records, the album has now sold close to 100,000 copies, one of which was my own purchase many years ago.

Look, I could go on and on about this record for hours, but I'm gonna end this here with a full album stream of 'For Blood And Empire' and the full tour dates below.
