Hundred Suns Hit Crowd-Funding Goal For Debut Album

You may not have heard of Hundred Suns, but with the band recently smashing out the funding for their debut album, I have a feeling you'll be seeing and hearing a lot more of this band in the near future.

Hundred Suns hit their full $20,000 goal within the final week of the campaign, and as such, will indeed be following through on recording their first full-length record. If it's anything like their first two singles, then we may all be in for a real treat.

Taking to the social media to inform fans and listeners of their elation at the news, the band said:

"We've hit 105% and it's all thanks you each and every one of you! You've helped us achieve this huge goal that - we must admit - was daunting at first. Thank you all so much. There's still 5 days left of the campaign so pre-order the album, grab a perk, and let's keep pushing! Any additional funds will go towards transportation (flights), album art, music videos, lodging while in the studio(s), etc. So every little bit STILL counts. Once the campaign is over, almost all perk items will be unavailable in the same form - so if there's something you dig, scoop it up before they're gone!"

If you'd like to throw money (or more money, if you've already donated) at the band, then you can do so here. As they stated, any further funds will be put towards music videos, transportation and accommodation during the recording process, and other such costs. Now, these guys don't really seem like the kind of the band that will blow all of their money on, well, blow, so I think your money is in safe, responsible hands.
