Ceres have premiered a new tune and the universe is now in perfect harmony once more.

Ceres continue to tease material from what could be their best release thus far - 'Drag It Down On You' - with their latest single, 'Laundry Echo'.

The new song and its music video (filmed at their recent sold-out show at Melbourne's Workers Club) originally premiered on Fasterlouder, and speaking about the new song, front man and moustache-touting Tom Lanyon said this of the track:

“I sat down and tried to write what would eventually be ‘Okay’ about ten years ago—back then that meant singing into an old computer in the laundry of our family’s home. No idea why the computer was in there—the acoustics were so bad; so echoey you could hardly hear the teen emotion. Also have no idea how I found that old demo of ‘Okay’, but I’m glad I did. I like that song. Anyway, I wrote a new song ‘Laundry Echo’ about writing an old song ‘Okay’ in a laundry I was in once. Sorry, I know that’s confusing…”

Nah we getcha, Tommy! Anyway, check out 'Laundry Echo' below, and if you missed it, suss out the bittersweet and wondrous 'Happy In Your Head' as well.
