By all accounts, it's been almost three years since we last saw Simple Plan on Aussie shores. Come September, we'll be seeing them live once again.

By all accounts, it's been almost three years since we last saw Simple Plan on Aussie shores. Come September, we'll be seeing them live once again.

The new tour is for their latest effort, 'Taking One For The Team' (read our review of the... somewhat decent record here). In any case, it'll be the back catalogue that will shift a lot of tickets among the fans, that I'm sure of.

The French-Canadian lads will be supported by our very own Forever Ends Here, who are most likely losing their collective shit right now at this opportunity.

Kicking off about a week after their Asain tour, the pop-punk heroes will be hitting up the East Coast for three dates in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Just for fun, you can insert your own angry comment(s) about Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Tassie being overlooked here.
