Well, you’ll be quite happy to know that the Swedish legends are now coming back to Australia in January 2017.

Of course, it won't just be Refused on this tour (though, that would still be awesome). New York hardcore vets, Sick Of It All, will also be joining the band for the tour. SOIA are celebrating three decades together in 2016 and they're just as good as they've ever been, if not better. When it comes to music, age is just a number, people.

Now, on the local front we have Melbourne hardcore up and comers, High Tension, opening act for the tour. If they're set is anything like their support slot with Deafheaven last month than you shan't be disappointed.

Oh man, January is going to be fun, indeed.

Expect Refused to play deep cuts from ‘Songs To Fan The Flames Of Discontent’, the legendary record ‘The Shape Of Punk To Come’, and of course some tracks off the insanely good comeback album, ‘Freedom’.

So, here's what you need to know: these tickets go on sale from Wednesday, July 13th at 9:00am through Destroy All Lines and you can find the full tour dates below. The event page can be found here.

Friday, January 20th - Tivoli, Brisbane (18+)

Saturday, January 21st - Enmore Theatre, Sydney (Licensed All Ages)

Sunday, January 22nd - HQ, Adelaide (18+)

Tuesday, January 24th - Prince Of Wales, Melbourne (18+)

Thursday, January 26th - Metropolis, Fremantle (18+)

Fianlly, here is easily the best song from 'Freedom', an album which we loved to know end. Read our review of it from last year right here.
