Melbourne's Earth Caller will be hitting the road next month alongside fellow Melbournian's Death In Bloom and Brisbane's Deadlights. Chuch!

Announced on Facebook earlier this evening, Earth Caller said this about what will be one of the bigger, longer local tours (presented by Hysteria, Destroy All Lines, and Matchless Music) the group has done thus far in their career.

"Hey guys, you might have been wondering what all the secrecy has been about but your patience has been rewarded!

In conjunction w/ Hysteria Mag, Matchless Music Australia & Destroy All Lines we're proud to present you this EPIC tour with our friends Death in Bloom &Deadlights comin at you this July - Aug. <3"

With members coming from disbanded bands like Confession and Lovers Grave, among many others, Death In Bloom is one of the new heavy bands on the proverbial block. With only a handful of tracks out, despite being not even a year old, their pedigree really bloody shows. Head on over to their Bandcamp page and educate yourself immediately.

Likewise, if you haven't heard of the post-hardcore lads in Deadlights, then now is a perfect opportunity to check them out with their last single 'Know Hope' (The Color Morale would be proud, guys). That song is almost three fucking years old, so let's hope that the band bring us some goods in the lead up to this tour or at least afterwards, as that's a lifetime in this scene.

Hopefully, we will see some new Earth Caller songs on this tour and a new album announcement soon. We all know it's coming, boys. So come this July, roll out to a show for some solid local talent and make sure you go hard for tracks 'Behind The Veil', and my two personal favourite EC jams,'Dictated, Not Lead' and 'Your Enemy'.
