Fitting recognition for a productive past three years, Melbourne's Jack The Stripper have announced a slew of European festival appearances for later this year.

Fitting recognition for a productive past three years, Melbourne's Jack The Stripper have announced their appearance at this August's Brutal Assault Festival.

The local heavy-hitters, described by Killyourstereo.com as, "The best live band in Australia," will perform at the Czech Republic festival, which also includes the likes of Mastodon, Ministry and Parkway Drive on the bill.

Jack The Stripper have spent the early part of 2016 finalising their new studio album, a follow-up to 2013's 'Raw Nerve', which is tentatively slated for release at the end of 2016/early 2017.
