The Ghost Inside charity event announced

Melbourne club event BANG will host a charity event for The Ghost Inside this April.

Both locally and internationally, the music community has rallied around the popular hardcore band since its members suffered serious injuries in last November's accident.

To be held on April 30, the new event will see Returners covering noted The Ghost Inside tracks, with a silent auction also raising funds to donate to TGI camp.

"Our friends in The Ghost Inside went through a tragic accident last year, so we're running a silent auction to help raise money to donate to their recovery. Atop this, keeping in theme - we've got RETURNERS coming down to play a sick set of TGI covers," BANG writes in the event description.

Since The Ghost Inside's unfortunate van crash in 2015, the band's label, Epitaph, has donated proceeds from the group's album sales direct to its members, and fellow peers such as Stray From The Path and Crystal Lake have also recorded tracks to help raise funds for their recovering friends.
