Having released their new album earlier in 2016, UK lads Basement have now allocated their time and effort into recording a cover of Nirvana's 'School'.

The band has offered their rendition of the aforementioned track for an upcoming compilation, which is due out as part of this year's Record Store Day.

Robotic Empire, having already released two Nirvana cover albums, will distribute a third in 2016. This version sees bands covering tracks from the Seattle icons debut album, 'Bleach'. Contributors include fellow peers such as Defeater, Circa Survive and This Will Destroy You. Additionally, the compilation is now available for pre-order.

"Excited to share our cover of Nirvana's 'School' for Robotic Empire's Bleach tribute comp. This will be out on Record Store so grab a copy if you get a chance," Basement comment.
