She Cries Wolf drummer to sit out tour

She Cries Wolf drummer Alex Moutin will sit out the band's upcoming headlines shows, scheduled for this March/April, as a result of "regular nocturnal seizures", which the musician is currently experiencing.

Recently, Moutin has dislocated his arm on two seperate occasions as a result of the condition. Unfortunately, the drummer now encounters in excess of a two month recovery period.

She Cries Wolf write:

"It is with great sadness that we announce our drummer, Alex Moutin, will not be joining us on our upcoming tour. Alex has been suffering from regular nocturnal seizures and has dislocated his arm twice during spasms over the past few weeks. He has been advised to stay away from the kit for at least 2 months to recover. As a passionate drummer, this is absolutely crushing.

His absence will not affect any of our upcoming shows and a fill-in will be arranged within the next 48 hours."

Crushing news, indeed. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery. However, as the old saying goes, the show must go on, and you can still catch She Cries Wolf on tour with Stepson and Ratking this March through April.
