In unfortunate news, particularly for Brisbane fans, Xibalba have missed their initially booked flight to Australia, with the band now unable to reach our shores until this Saturday.

The band observed the situation in an Instagram post (view below), which led to the resultant concern regarding the forthcoming shows, due to begin in Brisbane this Friday night.

Consequently, promoter Revival Booking, writing via the official Facebook event, stated the group will miss the first show on the tour run.

A statement reads:

"Sorry for the delay on announcing this, I was driving to Brisbane to kick off this tour.

Unfortunately Xibalba have missed their flights into Australia, they are re booking but unfortunately won't arrive until Saturday morning. This obviously means they won't be able to play the Crowbar show tomorrow night. All tickets purchased for the Crowbar show will remain valid for the Lab show the following evening, if you can't make the show and require a refund, please email - kieran@revivalbooking.com

We are however, hoping to keep the Crowbar show on the Friday night with Reactions headlining and the supports already announced with a cheaper door price, but I am yet to lock that in as I have literally just sat down at a computer to sift through all these messages I am getting.

Trying to make the best of a shit and extremely stressful situation. Obviously its the internet and the rumour mill is going to kick off before people even know anything, but this tour is still happening, Xibalba just wont be able to make the Crowbar show."
