Having launched a previous online campaign, Cormier cut off his hair following the successful donations, which included both Canadian and international contributions.

"Scrappy the skinhead lived up to his word. All those mangy locks got washed and chopped off to donate to kids going through chemotherapy. Big thanks to everyone who donated to the cause!!! Thanks to @townbarber and @kiwixdan for making Liam look so damn handsome," a post from the band reads.

The aforementioned medical foundation uses provided funds for "breakthrough research, education and the enhancement of patient care at Canada's leading cancer research hospital, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and its research arm, the Ontario Cancer Institute."
