With potential roadside crashes sadly a reality for touring bands, Lamb Of God are the latest outfit to suffer an accident while travelling to their next show.

Guitarist Mark Morton, posting via Twitter, informed fans the truck, which carries the band's gear was involved in a recent accident. Thankfully, as the musician also notes, the driver was then accounted for as both "conscious & alert."

"A semitrailer hauling nearly $1 million of production equipment for Lamb of God and Anthrax, overturned about 3 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 37 near Mathis after the bands performed at Concrete Street Amphitheater," the Corpus Christi Caller Times reports.

Additionally, Morton later observed that "lots" of gear was damaged, however, fortunately, the band and crew ride in buses and were not involved in the accident.
