FEATURE: Top 5 albums of 2015 – Graves

Melbourne’s Invasion Fest is fast approaching. Stretched across two stages at Arrow On Swanston, the event sees 17 of our best homegrown talent perform this December.

In the lead-up, Killyourstereo.com will run a daily series with the respective bands on the bill, as each offer their ‘Top 5 albums of 2015′. We continue with Wollongong outfit, Graves.

The best album to come out this this year was still Metallica‘s ‘Master of Puppets‘ from ’86.

But srs;

The Weeknd – Beauty Behind the Madness

“Because Rhys is a little, emo, coke head… Actually because he is a huge fan of the vocal work.”

The Last Ten Seconds of Life – Soulless Hymns

“This album is one of the heaviest released of all time, period.”

Bring Me The Horizon – That’s the Spirit

“It, overall, is a great album regardless of your stance on their change of genres. Musically, a pretty epic album.”

Dr Dre – Compton

“Dre’s always had fat beats, it’s an album you can easily listen to front to back.”

The Black Dahlia Murder – Abysmal

“The definition of shred and they’re legends of the genre.”

Catch Graves performing at Invasion Fest, which takes place in Melbourne this December. You can purchase tickets via Oztix.
