ORIGINAL STORY: In sobering morning news, US news outlets are currently reporting popular hardcore outfit The Ghost Inside have been involved in a “serious” road accident while travelling to Phoenix.
Alt Press observes the early developments, writing:
“Reports are beginning to pour in through Twitter that The Ghost Inside have been involved in a serious bus accident on their way from Texas to Phoenix. It is being said that they collided with a semi truck. According to CBS reporter Lashay Wesley, the accident took place just a few miles East of the U.S. border patrol checkpoint on US 62/180.”
According to the same news report, the band members and tour crew are, thankfully, confirmed “alive and accounted for.”
However, in sad news, similar news stories are also reporting the collision still resulted in fatalities, informing, “Two people were killed in the collision, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman.”
Sending love to @theghostinside boys!!! Thinking about you. Hope everyone is ok. ❤️
