High Tension have added a new member to their line-up.

Heavy Melbournians High Tension have welcomed a new member to their lineup. Lauren Hammel will play drums for the band, replacing former and founding member Damien Coward.

The outfit have been raking in success lately after picking up an award for 'Best Heavy Album' at The Age Music Victoria Awards. Their release 'Bully' beat out Ne Obliviscaris and King Parrot. Read our review.

You can catch them on Scumfest in Adelaide on November 14, before they play three shows in Victoria in December and jump on the Laneway Festival this February.
