The Sinking Teeth welcome new drummer

Melbourne's The Sinking Teeth have announced a new drummer.

The local three-piece offered the news via Facebook, writing via the rather entertaining tongue-in-cheek post below:

"HEY MATES! Meet our old friend and new drummer ADO!! This guy is a massive tub thumper from way back. He's been the backbone of several notable Melbourne bands including THE VAN BLOOM BROTHERS (https://vanbloombrothers.bandcamp.com) with whom he has released multiple successful "Christmas Special" albums including top sellers "Ya Mon, Its Rastamas" & "A Very Soft Rock Christmas".

He will be smashing skins and taking names with us at Gingerfest in Sydney December 19th. Also it's his Birthday TODAY. One time he fought off a Lion who was threatening a small village near Samburu in Kenya using only a toothbrush and a straw hat. Another time he was on a cruise ship that was hijacked by pirates, he lulled them into a false sense of friendship and then while they were sleeping he picked them off one by one with the wishbone from a chicken carcass EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE NO CHICKENS ON THE BOAT. Some say he smuggled the chicken on board, others say it was the remains of the dinner he had the night before he boarded the ship. We'll never know.
