The band's last album, 'Earthwalker', the first part of the concept surrounding it and 'Skydancer', debuted at #5 following it's release, so it's a pretty fair effort to climb up three spots with your next record in the following year.

The band responded to the awesome news via social media by saying this:

"Our new album “Skydancer” has debuted at #2 on the Australian Album Charts! We're over the moon with this result and we can’t thank you all enough for getting behind this conceptual double record. Two years ago we started writing Earthwalker & Skydancer and ever since it's been a crazy rollercoaster ride for everyone involved. Aside from recording two albums in the same session, we also created four music videos, two videos games, and made two April fools day pranks; we planted 1400 trees, and we worked with some amazing artists to help raise over $7,000 via a charity auction; and all while playing 158 shows in 16 months - with around 104 that we've already booked for the rest of the year. We’ve received support from some incredible media outlets - including a triple j feature album, two Blunt Magazine covers, and a lot of love from Kerrang, Rock Sound and Dan Carter’s rock show on BBC Radio 1 in the UK. But most importantly to us, we’ve made connections with thousands of incredible people, at shows all around the world."

Furthermore, they also went on to elaborate on their plans for the remainder of the year as well.

"So while this album chart is a huge achievement, it’s just one of the many amazing things that we have been grateful to receive over the past two years. Thank you to everyone who has made this journey become one of the most fulfilling chapters of our lives... And it’s definitely not over - in 17 days we start our “Skydancer” headline tour around Australia, before heading over to Europe for 4 weeks of touring. We’ll be announcing some more North American dates later this week, and we’ll be seeing most of you again between September and December including Japan, where we’ve never been before."
