So after two big returning Melbourne shows and while being a big drawcard of Groovin The Moo, Northlane have debuted a new song by the name of 'Ra'.

'Ra' is the second song from the Sydney quintet with their new singer, Marcus Bridge, and was sent out via the band's emailing list of those who signed up (probably should do so now if you haven't already). The first track with the new singer being 'Rot', of course, and both tracks re expected to be apart of the band's eventual and highly anticipated third album, details of which are being kept quite close to the chest.

Bridge also features on the new In Hearts Wake album, 'Skydancer', on the song, 'Intrepid'.

Furthermore, while it may be a long shot, a new Twitter account by the name of "NL" has appeared, with some believing it to be apart of the promotion of the new album. The first Tweet says, "I Am The Tear In Gravity"- the opening line from 'Ra'. Also, a member of the UNFD And Related Merchswap Facebook group recently shared what is presumed to be a leak of the new album, track-listing, artwork, name and all expect for the actual audio of the full album obviously. However this was only just taken down. There is still no official word from the band or the label, UNFD, so make of all this what you will.
