Cody Payne of The Dangerous Summer arrested

In what continues to discredit the reputation of former The Dangerous Summer singer Cody Payne, the musician has recently been arrested on charges of burglary.

By now you've probably heard that Payne was arrested for the burglary of a neighbours apartment on December 25th, 2014 in Austin, Texas. The singer allegedly stole audio gear, electronic equipment and more from his neighbour, Jacob Lawter. Due to the crime, Payne could face up to anywhere between 2 and 20 years in prison along with a $10,000 fine, and his court appearance is scheduled for sometime later this month.

Following the end of The Dangerous Summer last year, the singer took over the alternative rock band's social media accounts and began plugging his new musical project, Floodlove - much to the dismay of fans.
