Deafheaven featured on Guitar Power

Deafheaven guitarist Kerry McCoy has appeared on Guitar Power, a video series presented by Rolling Stone Young Guns.

As a video description reads, “In each episode, Matt (Sweeney) will sit and chat with an up-and-coming guitarist to discuss their influences, technique, gear, and approach.”

“I like things that are melodic, but also really fast. Using the blueprint for black metal is a great way to do that,” McCoy additionally tells Rolling Stone.
