Tim Landers, guitarist and founding member of US pop-punk act, Transit has left the band.

 

Tim Landers, guitarist and founding member of US pop-punk act, Transit has left the band.  

Landers will however, be continuing on with his other musical endeavors, Off & On and Misser. The guitarist announced his depature via social media with this statement:

"It is with a heavy heart that I say this: Transit and I have parted ways.

Thanks to anyone that has supported me making music in any way/shape/form over the last decade.

Transit will still be releasing their new studio album - now their last with Landers - 'Joyride' on October 21, via Rise Records. A statement from the band regarding Landers departure has not been made at this time.
