The Used, Taking Back Sunday tour announced

The Used and Taking Back Sunday team-up for a double bill tour this August.

The duo will take in four shows on the co-headline Australian run.

Both bands tour on the back of impressive studio albums respectively.

“The reformed original Taking Back Sunday line-up is truly off and running and it’s comforting to know that they are still capable of the quality we have come to know and love.” – KYS ‘Happiness Is’ review.

While, we described The Used’s ‘Imaginery Enemy’ as “one-hundred-and-twenty percent a rock album from start to finish.”

Not that I really give a shit about this tour and cos I’m getting too old anyway.
But this really does confirm live music is dead and buried in Perth!!!

@theskull (1): AJ/Soundwave have said they will not go to Perth in the foreseeable future.

Was really keen for this tour, but it’s the same weekend as Weekender…..might have to go interstate or stay in Melbs to catch it.
Fuck you all – Used and TBS are still relevant and awesome in 2014 (minus Used’s latest LP lol)
