Megadeth announce sidewaves with Volbeat, Newsted

Sidewave announcemenets continue today with the news the legendary Megadeth will be performing a pair of headline shows while in the country this February.

The Dave Mustaine-fronted metallers will be playing dates in Sydney and Melbourne late next month to coincide with their Soundwave appearances. Joining on both shows will be fellow Soundwave names, Danish rockers Volbeat along with Newsted - the project of ex-Metallica bassist Jason Newsted.

The wild triple-bill joins previously announced Sidewaves from the likes of Alter Bridge & Living Colour, Rob Zombie & Korn, Placebo and Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington.
