At The Gates working on new music?

Could iconic metallers At The Gates be plotting a new album in 2014?

A vague and brief video posted on the band’s Facebook page overnight teases at the possibility.

A blurred screen, which reveals lyrics accompanied by the title ‘2014’ features in the 13 second clip.

At The Gates’ last studio album was 1995 metal masterpiece, ‘Slaughter of the Soul’.

Prior to their 2012 Australian tour, Killyourstereo.com chatted with vocalist Tomas Lindberg, with the musician saying the following in regards to whether the band would ever record again.

"Well basically I’ve learnt never to say never. We said we’d never do any more shows whatsoever and now we’re doing shows [again]. 2008 was the last tour we were going to do and now we are doing more [shows]. I learned not to say never you know."
