After driving through the night from Melbourne, and surviving off Starburst lollies and service station toasties, we arrived in Adelaide to play the Blue Bee Room. By this stage of the tour, diet, hygiene and sleep were all starting to take its toll.

We kicked off the set with The Runner and The Fighter and had an immediate response. This was a bit of a shock to us, as this was the first time we had ever played in Adelaide. Before The Storm was soon after that, however unfortunately for Kyle, this was a painful experience. Puncturing his toe, blood went everywhere. Luckily Jack Chambers came to the rescue with some high quality, medical paper towels.

After the show, we went over to the Chambers place and had the most amazing BBQ we could ever imagine. Being away from home, you truly miss a good feed, shower and bed to sleep on – in which all were amazing. A big thank you to Anthony, Jack and the Chambers household, for putting us up for the night, and giving Matt the most amazing spa experience he will have…possibly ever.

A big thank you to all for the show, and be sure to check out Just Like Clockwork. Great Alternative Rock that you could listen to for days.

Yew!
