1. The Dangerous Summer - Golden Record

A powerful, honest and emotionally charged rock record. Brilliant songwriting and performance from one of the most underrated bands around.

2. Drake - Nothing Was The Same

Drake can do no wrong in my book. With the exception of "Started From The Bottom" this is a flawless record.

3. The Bronx - Bronx IV

It's pissed off and abrasive yet catchy as hell. The most important band in Punk Rock today!

4. Balance and Composure - The Things We Think We're Missing

This band continues to grow with every release. This album is super well written and well produced. Will Yip has had an amazing year behind the board.

5. Hellions - Die Young

Great people writing great music. Lyrically honest and musically confronting. Expect a huge year from Hellions in 2014!

6. Daylight – Jar

90s throwback done right. Grungy and melodic as hell! Biggest riffs in emo. On ya!

7. AFI – Burials

It's dark and epic. Davy Havok's voice somehow got even better, enough said.

8. Endless Heights - New Bloom

It feels like these dudes have really found their feet with this release. Catchy, passionate and aggressive a huge debut LP!

9. Norma Jean - Wrongdoers

Riffs on riffs on riffs. Their best effort to date in my opinion.

10. Perspectives – Blind

One of Sydney's finest that continue to get better! Great raw melodic hardcore.

Honourable mentions: Diamond Youth, Citizen, Relentless, Title Fight, Queens Of The Stone Age, Their/They're/There.
